Lenten Reflection Holy Wednesday: Inspire Others

Holy Wednesday marks the start of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.  Christ is the known Messiah for the Christian faith.  During the days of Holy Week the Christian world commemorates the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus.  This also marks the essence of the Christian faith.  Today our Lenten Reflection focuses on the message of INSPIRING OTHERS.

Jesus Christ in his life inspire others to live their life to the fullest.  He teaches us to serve the poor and to put the welfare of others above our own self.  Christ teaches us that no matter what other people thinks about us , we should always strive to be the best we can be not only for ourselves but for the benefit of humanity.

Holy Wednesday is an essential part of Holy Week.  It commemorates the start of trial for Jesus Christ.  It also tells the story of how an apostle and trusted disciple, Judas will eventually turn against Him.  This in fact is a common scenario in our world of today where event your most trusted friend will at some time go to the extent of betraying you.  However, when Judas did that to Jesus he did not condemn him.

In the path of Inspiring Others, we will not be able to inspire everyone and most of the time they will judge us and condemn us but no matter what the cause we must stay focus and positive.  It is difficult always to travel the path of the road least traveled.

May the song "Warrior is a Child" by Gary Valenciano isnpire us to inspire others.  Have a meaningful Holy Wednesday.
