On MARCH 27, 2009 World Creative Youth Forum (WCYF) 2009 will hold its formal launching which will kick off through the RUN FOR ONE LIFE, ONE EARTH at the People Power Monument 5:30 AM. EVERYONE IS INVITED!!! IT'S EARTH's CALL... PLUS 1st 100 PARTICIPANTS GETS A FREE GREEN BAND (Download Registration Form Here)This Fun Run will traverse a total of 7Km distance and will pass through EDSA and Quezon Ave. The Fun Run has three legs: 1. People Power Monument - Araneta Center Cubao; 2. Araneta Center Cubao - Bantayog ng mga Bayani; and Bantayog ng mga Bayani to Quezon City Memorial Circle.
After the Fun Run at around 9:00AM there will be a TREE PLANTING at the Quezon City Memorial Circle in partnership with the Sen. Loren Legarda and the Rotaract Club of AMACU.
A PRESS CONFERENCE will immediately follow the tree planting. Among the invited guests were members of different organizations, youth, civil society and more. The press conference will be around 10:00AM.
